Refund and Delivery Policy

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 15 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. No refunds will be paid in cash.

Refunds are processed only for the cases below.

The product is tampered.

The merchant sent the wrong product.

The product is defective.

The product was damaged in shipping.


No Delivery charges are included for all deliveries.

All Items are delivered during working hours 9 AM to 7 PM.

The Customers will get email confirmation once the orders are placed.

All Items for Delivery are delivered to your Doorsteps via Our Delivery Team.

Delivery Locations:
Deliveries are available only within the U.A.E.

Delivery Time:
Deliveries in the U.A.E. will be done within 48 hrs. of order placement.
